Just kidding. There is no guide. Good luck.

I wanted to use this space to introduce a few feeding specialists and bloggers that helped me gain some confidence in feeding my toddler.
The #1 word of advice is to follow your gut for what is right for you baby, but I know how stressful even trusting your own gut can be. "Is my gut telling me the right thing? Am I further damaging my child by following my gut? Ok maybe I'll just google this one thing to validate my gut." You know the feeling.
FEEDING LITTLES:
I cannot say enough good things about the two women that make up Feeding Littles. Megan the dietician nutritionist and Judy the occupational therapist come together with a slam dunk in tips and tricks on how to feed your kid. They offer both a course for babies and a course for toddlers on all things food and eating! I did not personally take the course, but I starting following their instagram account from early on and followed all their tips for a successful feeding experience. From table manners to feeding tools, I can honestly say the reason my child is such a good eater is because of Feeding Littles.

YUMMY TODDLER FOOD:
Not a week goes by where I don't make or bake a recipe by Amy Palanjian from Yummy Toddler Food. Not only does she drop some real world knowledge and cover up any glam on her IG, she also creates easy to follow and, well, YUMMY recipes for both toddlers and parents alike. I just appreciate her presence as a real working mom, and her recipes for always hiding veggies or somehow incorporating ingredients I almost always have on hand. Her muffin recipes are my life and her constant inclusion of oats and applesauce in her ingredients keep my sane. Thank you, Amy!
WEELICIOUS:
Ok, so Catherine McCord with Weelicious doesn't necessarily market herself for toddler feeding, but let.me.tell.you. She is a Food Network regular, has her own meal delivery service company, and has published 3 cookbooks, one of which is literally my bible, called Smoothie Project. Everyday around 11am, Angelo runs up to me and says "Let's make a SMOOTHIE!" and I happily oblige. We have started a routine of splitting a smoothie for lunch with a side of veggie straws. I can throw anything into this smoothie (green cubes, frozen cauliflower, kale, avocado, spinach, etc..) and he will devour it. Since pulling Angelo out of daycare due to COVID and having to feed him 3 meals (plus 104394802 snacks) a day, I am forever grateful for Weelicious and making lunch time stress free.
